| Review: Secure Folder is a software which provides security for your personal information. It allows you to encrypt and closes access to folders. User interface is simple and easy to use. Once you set a password, you must enter it each time you initiate the program. So you can add folders to the queue (drag and drop method supported) and select action - Lock, hide or encrypt. The difference between the three modes that Close will not display folders in Explorer, lock only allows the user to view the folder (but their contents may not be available), while encryption allows users to browse and access files. In addition, you can combine security measures for a specific folder (eg Lock + Hide, Lock + Encrypt, lock + Hide + Encryption), change the current password, minimize the program to the system tray and select Lock and Exit. You also have other options at your disposal - Drive Manager (for example, to hide the drive to create a virtual disk), System Cleaner (clean system junk files, redo files) Locked Folder Recovery and Take Snapshot. In addition, you can add Secure Folder context menu, run cleaner outlet, hide tab securities, turn the tool to automatically check for updates, change the visual style, etc. The software uses a low amount of system resources, but it does not include a guide. However, Secure Folder is easy to use even beginners. We haven encounter specific problems during our tests. The only drawback is the application that its plug-ins (those found in the Tools menu) is not very wide (eg System Cleaner doesn cover nearly as much area as it should be). Secure Folder is really developed and now he manages to provide users with enhanced solutions to protect their personal information. We highly recommend it. |
